Digital Marketing Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We have a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, close to the train and town centre, with free parking on site.

Responsible for managing Accolade Wine’s paid digital marketing output and optimising ecommerce channels (owned and customer channels).

•    Managing and executing tactical paid digital media campaigns, including paid social and paid search. 
•    Building an always-on paid social ecosystem that drives consumers through the online buyer’s user journey from initial awareness/discovery to trading through the portfolio.
•    Building Custom Facebook Audiences based on these campaigns and Facebook Pixels on brand websites.
•    Working closely with Trade Marketing team to plan, execute and optimise digital media spend with our key customers. Identifying which media placements across which customers are driving the best ROI and optimising marketing spend to meet overall marketing objectives. 
•    Working closely with Category and Insight team to gain insight into category ecomm developments and to inform media targeting based on our consumer insights.
•    Measuring the impact of digital marketing campaigns. Analysing, reviewing and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results, and feeding back insights into wider business.
•    Making recommendations to improve D2C offering with Cellar One website, and build plans for implementing other D2C offerings. 
•    Creating regular reports on social media, digital and ecommerce activity and making recommendations based on these insights.
•    Deep understanding of digital analytics platforms.
•    Working closely with Nielsen BrandBank and our customers’ digital teams to optimise our product pages on retailer websites.
•    Managing brand websites and recommending changes based on SEO best practice and wider insights.
•    Working closely with Social Media Manager to optimise social copy and imagery based on paid social learnings. 

•    At least 3 years’ experience in a well-rounded digital marketing role
•    Experience of working for a global brand, preferably in FMCG
•    Experience in managing paid digital campaigns 
•    Experience with ecommerce platforms 
•    Engages in strategic thinking, balanced with tactical execution
•    Track record of demonstrating ROI through digital marketing activity
•    Demonstrates analytical thinking
•    In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Tool and Youtube Ads
•    Experience using Nielsen eCommerce Insights tool would be preferable
•    Has deep knowledge of competitive landscape, digital and ecommerce climate and potential threats and opportunities

You will have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the occasional call with our Australian colleagues and have the ability to travel to our Accolade Park site near Bristol,  if required.
