Hours: Weekday evenings and weekends (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

About Us

Amalfi Blu is a modern Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines and exceptional customer service in a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Make a range of classic and signature cocktails.
• Serve wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and hot beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Process customer orders accurately using the till system.
• Assist restaurant staff when required during busy service.
• Follow all licensing, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Carry out opening and closing duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
• Friendly, confident and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Flexible to work weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol.
