This classic yet modern establishment focuses heavily on a curated selection of local craft beers and a premium, rotating wine list. They are looking for a flexible staff member to manage floor and bar operations.

  • Wine & Beverage Service: Pour and present wines accurately, answering basic guest queries regarding the menu's current grape varietals and style profiles.
  • Floor Management: Consistently clear tables, collect used glassware, operate the high-volume glasswashers promptly, and ensure the front-of-house aesthetic remains immaculate.
  • Guest Hospitality: Maintain an energetic, friendly, and welcoming presence, ensuring customers receive efficient service during busy weekend evening rushes.

Requirements

  • Must be legally old enough to serve alcohol in the UK.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a proactive mindset (e.g., clearing glasses without being asked).
  • Prior bar, pub, or casual dining restaurant experience is preferred, though a great attitude and passion for hospitality are most important.
