We have an excellent opportunity within our Supply Chain team for an organised, detail oriented and collaborative Supply Chain Replenishment Planner. You will be joining a successful Twickenham based team with some excellent professional development opportunities. You will own the end to end replenishment process for finished goods replenishment ordering, inventory, availability & obsolescence of stock in the UK.

What will you do as a Supply Chain Replenishment Planner?
- Manage replenishment orders from all global supply locations into the UK warehouses
- Optimize stock availability for the Commercial teams and if stock constrained, manage the release of stock for customer orders.
- Communication of stock availability information
- Review replenishment plans on a weekly basis and raise purchase orders
- Identify products which are low or out of stock and liaise with the supply regions to improve availability.
- Balance as necessary the allocation of available stock in supplying locations between replenishment purchase orders and direct shipment orders such that stock availability is optimised.
- Plan container load intake schedule in conjunction with the 3rd Party Warehouse provider and nominated freight forwarder, ensuring that out of stocks & demurrage costs are minimised.
- Resolve any queries relating to inbound loads with the supplying and receiving sites and identify and escalate any risks
- Review new forecast submission to identify products which are low or out of stock in the UK warehouse, and report weekly to relevant stakeholders.
To be our next Supply Chain Replenishment Planner you will have:
- Degree level qualification preferred
- Previous experience in similar position in FMCG environment.
- Excellent Proficiency in Excel
- Experience preferred in JDE and Manugistics
- Ability to effectively multi-task projects
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills
- Problem solving capabilities
