Job Description

Within TWE’s Marketing department, the Brand Manager for the Luxury & Millennial Portfolio, works closely with the Senior Brand Manager, to develop both the strategy and marketing plan of this brand portfolio for EMEA. They will execute this strategy and plan in collaboration with cross-functional services and external partners. They will monitor tracking of all brand actions decided within the frame of given A&P budgets. They will recommend corrective actions when they need to be taken and implement them accordingly. All the above with a view to meeting the internal objectives both qualitative and quantitative that have been set by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, execution and evaluation of the brand plans in UK& I and Continental Europe

Strategy and planning (short to mid-term):

  • Lead the brand planning for Penfolds, Wynn’s, Beaulieu Vineyards, 19 Crimes, & EMBRAZEN
  • Actively propose new innovative plans to improve the brand’s P&L
  • Drive in-depth review of key learnings to integrate in budget planning

Execution of brand action plan (short term):

  • Develop marketing plan of action in order to meet brand building and commercial objectives
  • Execute all elements of the consumer marketing plan including PR, BTL and Digital
  • Engage and brief customer marketing on brand programs to ensure activations with excellence
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations for sales / customers
  • Recommend any corrective actions if necessary and adapt the action plan accordingly to ensure brand objectives are met

Tracking and enhancing performance:

  • Work with insights team to track brand health and propose timely corrective actions
  • Work with marketing finance to track commercial delivery and manage risks and opportunities in order to deliver the annual operating plan
  • Works with category marketing to track shopper metrics and to manage activation to keep our market performance on track

Insights and knowledge :

  • Works with external data sources to understand market and competitive insights
  • Work with the insights team to track brand health (when data available)
  • Evaluates brand activation to deliver commercial insight / ROI behind our activation
  • Put together market and competitive analysis
  • Deliver with Insights team an improved consumer insight analysis

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree level education
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in a branded/ consumer facing company
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • Alcohol industry experience a bonus
