Vine Works are looking for an additional vineyard supervisor / tractor operator to work in our vineyard management business. The ideal candidate should have viticultural knowledge and tractor driving experience, they should have good personal skills as they would be customer facing and be confident in giving instructions to teams. The ability to work independently and confidence to problem solve is essential.
We demand the highest standards in order to meet our customers’ expectations so the job requires a high level of record keeping and attention to detail is essential.
Vine works provide services to many of the major growers and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a large number of vineyards. Excellent potential for career progression. Own transport essential and reasonable level of fitness required. Remuneration in line with experience. This job is not based at one location but covers various sites across the South of England
