About the role and its key responsibilities
Your day-to-day role will be required to understand and complete the following procedures:

·       Assist with the goods in/goods out workflow to liaise with the goods-in team to ensure the clients stock lands in a timely fashion

·       Working with HMRC documentation procedures.

·       Speak to the Wanderlust key team members many times daily on phone, video meetings and emails as needed

·       Process and manage orders (using the EHD warehouse management system “Vision”) from the website, wine club and trade customers that come through on a daily basis

·       Manage incoming Goods In flows and liaise with goods-in dept on a daily basis to ensure all goods are landed within 48 hours, where possible. Work with the team for any amendments as needed.

·       Liaise with Transport & the Goods In Warehouse Team to ensure all EHD collections and returns are pre-advised correctly.

·       Liaise with the Picking & Goods Out Teams to ensure stock is available and orders are despatched correctly.

·       Liaise with the Wanderlust regarding any special requests that they may have and facilitate such requests when possible.

·       Assist with supply chain and stock management

·       Help maintain and manage the website operations and it’s offering

·       Reply to all emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.

You will be expected to numerate, literate and be able to work on your own or with other team members. A good understanding of Outlook, word & excel it necessary, as is computer literacy and the ability to complete tasks without the need for supervision.
