Individual Purpose:
• To be the Adnams Brand Ambassador
• To ensure the Customer Experience consistently exceeds expectations
• To continually grow and develop the wine offer
• Understanding the value of every supplier and customer ensuring every opportunity to manage existing relationships is developed and building strong relationships with new suppliers.
• To ensure the behaviours of yourself reflect the Adnams values
• Add insight into the Adnams wine business
Responsibilities:
• Support events within Adnams
• To innovate and deliver growth
• Provide all support in respect of wines, including tasting notes, advice and hosting wine makers.
• Prepare sales data and provide analysis delivering KPI’s as outlined in the business plan
• Liaise with Wine buyers to influence the range and support buying trips
• Develop employee’s product knowledge and service proposition through training, sharing personal knowledge and informing on industry trends and innovation
• You will be responsible for the negotiation and agreement of costs of goods with suppliers, in accordance with our pricing policies. Overseeing orders of wines by means of our stock control to ensure we are able to meet demand.
• Have full control of selection and development of branded and non-branded Adnams product range. Maintain and develop the brand throughout.
• To identify, encourage and support opportunities for continuous improvement in wine throughout retail and trade sales
• Promote Adnams wines via social media
