This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Production Administrator in one of the UK’s leading suppliers to the food industry.
Good Food Wines is an independent supplier of alcohol products including wines, liqueurs, beers, ciders, spirits and vinegars to some of the most prestigious names in the food manufacturing industry.

Based just outside Rochester, this role would suit someone with food or drink production administration experience who is looking for a new role in a fast-paced volume environment with a growing business.

A little about you:
We are looking for an experienced Production Administrator to support our Procurement & Supply Chain Manager and Production Team. Above all we require someone who is happy to work independently and who has a pro-active, engaging and friendly attitude. You will be responsible for the daily administration of all warehouse operations, procurement and logistics to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

As the successful candidate, you will have:
• Previous experience of working in a supply chain and procurement team, as well as supporting in a production environment.
• A high level of numeracy, as the role will involve working with and analysing data. Therefore excellent Microsoft Excel skills will be needed (including the use of vlookup and pivot tables).
• The ability to analyse in-depth datasets together with the reporting of KPI’s.
• A good understanding of the process of production planning and creating/setting up of new product data both technical data, numerical data and product descriptions.
• Some knowledge of or are able to work to the process of a critical path.
• Be well-organised and can prioritise and organise your own workload.
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal to influence and communicate across the business.
• Be hands on and therefore able to manage changing priories with a positive and supportive outlook.

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
