Food and Beverage Manager - Great Restaurant - £30,000 - 40 Hours - Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a great Food and Beverage Manager for one of the best restaurants in the area. This place has an unbelievable reputation and it’s clear to see why, they serve local, seasonal food in a beautiful eatery. Behind the bar, they are serving the best, well kept beers and offer premium spirits from across the world, not to mention the wine list, which is one of the best I have seen, at a very good price.

It is independent, and run that way. The team there are incredibly knowledgeable and you can see that with the reputation.  But due to a promotion, they are now looking for a food and beverage manager to join them and carry on improving.

With a salary of £30,000, along with huge tips, this is a real opportunity for the right Assistant Restaurant Manager to join them and in return you can be offered a real career with progression. Training will be given to ensure you are fully briefed on the ethos and structure of the restaurant. You have a full team who are all developed and willing to learn and develop under you.
