Compliance Manager

Hush Heath Estate, home and heart of Balfour wines, are looking to recruit a compliance manager, to join the team at our multiple award-winning winery in Staplehurst, Kent.

The key aspects of this role are

·       To maintain our current compliance with TFMS

·       Establishing and integrating Salsa and BRC into our quality management system

·       Monitoring of stock levels within production warehouses 

·       Ensuring that winemaking materials are purchased on time 

The ideal candidate will have

·       A knowledge and understanding of the food quality management systems listed above

·       An exceptional eye for detail

·       Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with limited direction

·       A good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint with the ability to create spread sheets and pivot tables

·       The ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and plan effective contingencies and solutions. 

·       Incredibly organised and able to organise systematic approaches for quality improvement 

·       Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
