We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at our renowned 4-star hotel. This flexible, zero-hours role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys varied shifts — including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver exceptional service across our bar, restaurant, lounge, and event spaces
- Confidently serve beverages including wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Assist with food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety protocols in all F&B areas
- Create a warm, professional environment for guests and colleagues alike

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of bar or hospitality experience desirable
- Cocktail knowledge highly desirable (training available if needed)
- Friendly, motivated, and well-presented
- Strong team player with a hands-on attitude
- Must be available for breakfast, lunch, evening, weekend, and seasonal holiday shifts( to include Christmas Day and New Years eve)
- Must be over 18 due to bar service and alcohol handling
- Will be expected to assist with end-of-day cashing up procedures
- Support the team in maintaining beverage cost of sales targets and controls
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to confidently converse with guests
