Celebrating our 50th year anniversary, Moreno Wines is a fast-growing wine business specialising in importing and distributing wines from Spain and Europe. Established in 1968, Moreno has always been dedicated to sourcing great wines and offers the best balance of the modern and traditional by bringing new and exciting varietals and regions to the fore whilst still having great love for the traditional wines and cellars.
Boosted by investment from the In Vino Group who own Boutinot Wines, the sales team is a group of innovative and passionate individuals who are all keen to reinvent and drive the business forward.
So, what’s the job?
You will be responsible for building a portfolio of new customers as well as looking after existing accounts. Your main role will be to sell wine and then go back and sell some more and, as part of a successful team, you will be helping contribute to the sales strategy delivering Moreno’s key ethos.
What will this involve?
- Excellent communication, openness and self-motivation to build a strong relationship with your customers.
- Being able to think outside the box, using your initiative to develop opportunities for growth.
- Determination and competitiveness to succeed.
- Passion to sell wine.
- Ability to host wine training and customer events with confidence.
- Have an understating of the market to identify potential opportunities for Moreno’s range.
- Being part of a close-knit team, helping and listening when needed, leading and guiding when required.
