Aldwick is a 300-acre family owned estate with 12 acres under vines. Offering vineyard tours throughout the year it is also a successful wedding and conference venue.
Due to retirement, Aldwick Estate is seeking a new Vineyard Manager. The candidate ideally will have proven experience in Viticulture and the management of a small team. They need to have a good understanding of cool climate varieties and an understanding of the English winemaking process.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and organised but is also a team player. The candidate needs to be dedicated to ensuring the continuous improvement of the vineyard to enable the production of quality crops.
