Gusbourne Ambassador

Gusbourne is a rapidly growing company in the exciting world of English wine production, producing top quality still and sparkling wines that win international recognition. As we continue to grow as a business, we are looking to recruit another ambassador to join our team.
Reporting to our Global Ambassador, Laura Rhys MS, the new team member will experience a diverse role, including:
· Supporting our sales teams, assisting with account meetings and tender opportunities as well as, but not limited to hosting wine dinners, trade and consumer tastings, staff trainings, hosting winery visits for trade customers.
· Representing Gusbourne at major brand activities for all channels, including but not limited to launch, partner or sponsored events, exhibitions and tastings, as well events at home in The Nest.
· On occasion, supporting our export markets and head of export, including but not limited to support trips to export markets, virtual tastings and trainings, hosting visiting distributors and/or their customers.
· Working with the wider marketing team to plan suitable campaigns and activities.
A pro-active self starter with creative flair and a keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with knowledge and experience within the wine industry an advantage, but not essential.
Wine qualifications required - preferably to WSET Diploma or similar.
The candidate should ideally be based in the South East of England, with ease of transport throughout the country. With a willingness to travel within the UK (and potentially internationally on occasion) and work in a flexible manner - regularly out of usual office hours
