The vineyard Manager is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and logistics of the vineyard, ensuring production of high quality grapes while maintaining vine health and productivity. This role requires agricultural expertise, leadership skills and a buisness ability to mange all aspects of grape cultivation from soil preparation to harvest planning and post-harvest activities. This position could possibly have the potential to become full time.
