We’re creating an ambitious new English Sparkling Wine brand with a fresh approach: traditional method fizz that’s affordable, accessible, and made for by-the-glass pours in pubs, restaurants, and retail in the UK and internationally.
We’re building something fun, unpretentious, and high-quality - and we need someone to grow sales and awareness.
You’ll be the Sales and Brand Lead - our first hire - shaping how we show up in the world and getting bottles into the right hands.
We’re after someone who’s:
– Outgoing, persuasive, and loves connecting with people
– Got sales experience and knows it’s a craft
– Marketing-savvy - especially digital and social
– Passionate about English wine
– Keen to learn, build, and grow with us
– Ready to roll up sleeves and get stuck in - startup style
The job?
– Build our presence in the trade (on and off)
– Run and grow our social media channels
– Lead DTC efforts: campaigns, content, events
– Work closely with the founder on all things brand & growth
– Be a key voice in a scrappy, fun, fast-moving business
This is about more than shifting boxes - it’s about building a brand from the ground up.
