Located on the legendary whisky and coastal island of Islay, this boutique hotel and restaurant caters to international travelers looking for exceptional food, spirits, and fine wines. They are looking for an all-rounder to join their front-of-house team.

• Bar & Wine Floor Service: Welcome guests, recommend pairings from a curated list of old-world and new-world wines, and serve premium local beverages.
• Restaurant Support: Take food orders, run dishes from the kitchen, and maintain the warm, welcoming, and meticulous standard of the dining room.
• Stock Rotation: Manage daily bar stock, ensuring wine fridges are correctly loaded, organized by vintage, and kept at perfect serving temperatures.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 to serve alcohol legally in Scotland.
• A friendly, open personality with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to relocate to a stunning, remote island community (ideal for those who love the Scottish outdoors, coastal life, and premium food/beverage industries).

Job Type:
