Working in spectacular surroundings based on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula, our 4* hotels are looking to recruit a passionate and committed Bar Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:
• Take orders and serve all customers with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operation.
• Deputise for the Bar Manager in their absence.
• Explain and advise guests of products/services as requested.
• Be fully aware of the daily restaurant menu.
• Assist with the training of bar staff.
• Be responsible for the efficient handling of all orders, delivery notes and invoices as per company procedure.
• Able to do physical work.
Person Specification:
• Experience in a similar role.
• Ideally have knowledge and understanding of wines.
• A real passion for providing excellent customer services is a MUST.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Committed, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Well presented.
