Killiecrankie House is run by a small team of people passionate about food and service. Full-time staff work 4 day weeks, with 6 weeks a year set paid annual leave (although this is often more, and you will never work Christmas or New Year). Staff meal is included on service days. Staff receive a share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.
Looking for a junior Somm to join our friendly little FOH team. Experience of working in the wine industry or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Interest and curiosity in wine is essential. 4 day week. £21-24k plus tips, depending on experience.
