The Production Team Member will work as part of our highly motivated and skilled production team, producing beer to the highest level of quality conformance and within budget. This key role is customer driven with flexible working which is essential to meet the Brewery production plans. You will provide a comprehensive production service in accordance with standard operating methods. The ideal candidate will not only meet the required needs and standards of the plant, but address problems and create and drive improvements wherever possible.

The safety conscious applicant would benefit from having a strong technical, engineering or mechanical background in order to be able to quickly and accurately assess and diagnose any machinery problems that arise, and the development of these skills further within the organisation is possible based on demonstrated ability and performance.

Whilst brewery production experience is not essential, the role requires a good level of root cause analysis, problem solving, and knowledge around high speed manufacturing equipment. You will take accountability to develop and embed standardised ways of working across multiple teams to deliver world class operational standards.

Proven application of Lean Tool and Techniques would also be an advantage, particularly focusing on 5s, SMED and autonomous maintenance practices.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, eager to meet targets, and make quick decisions as well as displaying resilience when faced with issues. Excellent communication skills are a must for the Team Member who will be liaising with an array of teams across the business. Ideally you may have already worked within an FMCG environment.
