One of the UK's biggest brands is looking for a Finance Business Partner.

Having a broad business and commercial understanding, you will provide are the financial advisor and co-pilots for the commercial business units, ensuring there is alignment between Sales, Marketing and Finance, that the teams are working to common objectives of driving growth and value. The role needs to ensure that the commercial teams are challenged to stretch themselves to achieve financial growth.
The Business Partners will take an integrated part of the commercial strategy and execution, and be part of the pricing, terms and promotion strategies. They play an active role in driving value management and cost efficiency programs, provides transparency via developing / leveraging x-functional tools as well as educate the organisation in order to drive the self-controlling mind-set.
The commercial business partner is the link between understanding business performance & forecasts and the finance team. Most of all, they are respected for their knowledge and integrity and they are seen as being part of the team. They have earned their right to challenge and advise.
To be successful in this role you need demonstrable experience in building relationships and networks across functions as well as the ability to use these networks to drive company performance. You will have personal drive, excellent numerical and business acumen, experience within BI/data warehouses and strong problem solving skills. SAP knowledge is desirable.
