As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working and and passionate individual to join our team in the winery, working as a cellar hand for harvest 2025.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role, working closely with our winemaker and cellar team during the busiest time of the year. You’ll be involved in all aspects of harvest and cellar work, from grape intake to fermentation management and cleaning operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a high-quality winery. The contract on offer is 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing grapes
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment, tanks, and workspaces
- Supporting the winemaking team as needed
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak harvest
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- A good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene in the winery
- Team player with a positive attitude
Desirable:
- Previous harvest or cellar experience
- Forklift licence (not essential but a plus)
- Interest in wine and winemaking

Contract Length: 3 months (September 1 – December 1). Possibility of extending to full time thereafter.
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility required during peak periods
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
