Wine Warrior & Business Development Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

An exciting position that includes managing our already thriving large wine store and events space alongside developing private & corporate sales from a growing farmshop retail location by Junction 5, M3 in Northeast Hampshire.  You will be at the heart of leading an energetic and compelling young wine & spirits business.  The role involves management, sales and purchase, as well as business development.

Essential skills & roles include:

  • Strong customer facing communication
  • Proven sales development
  • Working knowledge of wines and spirits - with a hunger to learn more
  • WSET Level 3 desirable
  • A passion for fabulous classic and new wines
  • Physically fit with good presentation skills
  • Confident IT skills & good level of literacy
  • Flexibility in both roles and location 
  • A team player with management experience
  • Own transport required
  • You will be required to visit customers and host tastings and events in outside locations, as well as within the shops and via Zoom
  • Contribution to wine selection, strategy and online presence
  • A hunger for ongoing business development
  • Ambition, inventive mind and a fighting spirit essential

Competitive basic salary – based on previous experience and record - with bonus.  

Positon available from mid May
