A unique opportunity for a sales support co-ordinator to join Ridgeview, a multi award-winning English Sparkling Wine producer in Sussex. You’ll play a vital role in drawing together and co-ordinating the processes within our small sales team, adding value with your passion and knowledge of wine.

Considered one of the pioneers of the English Sparkling Wine Industry, our state-of-the-art winery and established vineyards (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) are based in the heart of the South Downs National Park, with breath-taking views of the surrounding area. ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be working in a close-knit team, collaborating towards a common goal delivering outstanding customer service and efficient and effective processes.
The key requirement for this role is to offer administrative support to the sales team. This is varied role, as you will work across departments to assist the smooth running of the business
ABOUT YOU
You thrive in a team environment, are eager to learn and develop and are excited to bring your own skills and experience to Ridgeview.
You will also ideally have the following experience:
- Experience in working in an administrative sales role with passion for excellent customer service
- Technical understanding of wine categories for competitions ( WSET level 2 ) would be a strong advantage
- Awareness of UK wine industry: market trends; potential business opportunities, key market sectors
- Strong computer literacy, confident with MS Word & Excel
