We are passionate about customer service and love to see a happy customer.
To fulfil your role you will need to be:
- A great communicator able to build long term rapport with our existing and new customers. The aim is to be very friendly and advise customers on wine in a down to earth way.
- A very hard worker and enjoy working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
- Be able to serve customers at the bar quickly and efficiently when there is a queue.
- Have an outgoing, engaging personality and work well in a team. In such a small environment it is important for all team members to work equally as hard as each other.
- Passionate about wine and will be prepared to research and learn quickly about our extensive wine range.
- Comfortable advising and serving customers glasses/bottles of wine on site or to take away.
- Customer focused, passionate about food and wine.
- Very reliable.
- Adhere to the uniform policy and always look clean and smart.
- Flexible to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 11pm.
- Flexible to work at any of our four sites.
- Able to lift and carry heavy wine cases.
- Preferably have a car and a clean driving licence.

Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Level 2 (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)
