We're looking for a passionate Sommelier to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who already has experience within premium hospitality and wants to continue developing their wine knowledge whilst working in one of the UK's most exciting champagne programmes.

The Role

As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment a guest walks through the door until they leave.

Like every great team, no one is above the basics.

You'll recommend champagne, guide guests through our wine list, run food, reset tables, polish glassware, support your teammates and help create seamless service.

We believe exceptional hospitality is built through teamwork, not hierarchy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional Champagne and wine service
  • Recommend wines with confidence and personality
  • Build genuine relationships with guests
  • Run food to the highest standard
  • Reset and prepare tables
  • Polish glassware and maintain service stations
  • Support reservations and guest requests
  • Assist with private events and tastings
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation
  • Work collaboratively across both front and back of house

Previous experience in Michelin Guide, fine dining or premium hospitality is preferred but we value personality, ambition and potential just as highly.
