The opportunity:
We are now seeking a General Manager for a new wine bar concept in Maida Vale, which is now fitting out.
You must know what it takes to launch a venue and transform it beyond its neighbourhood into the go-to destination for a choosy and knowledgeable clientele.
A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for people and hospitality will inform your leadership.
And, of course, you will have the wine knowledge to impress and guide that knowledgeable clientele and to hold your own against our highly regarded managers in the wider business.
£40k, OTE £55-60k
