We're looking for a confident, energetic, and conscientious individual to join our team at 1912 Sileby! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Giving great customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar and cellar area, including lifting barrels and organizing stock
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Fit and energetic with a smart appearance
- Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Capable of physical work, including lifting barrels, organizing stock, and moving furniture for different events
- Ability to work regular weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
- Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Able to work as part of a team and independently, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with orders, payments, and stock management
- Confident in interacting with customers and handling transactions
