We are looking for an exceptional Floor Manager to lead our Wine & Spirits department located on our Lower Ground Floor. Our skilled individuals can successfully deliver a genuine passion in delivering a memorable experience to all our customers.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the purpose of this role is to actively lead the operation of the retail business by providing exceptional customer service. They will also lead by example, show a willingness to work within a sometimes fast-paced environment and will be quick-thinking and able to work to their own initiative. Our candidate will be responsible for guiding their team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success, so previous retail experience within a luxury environment is necessary.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team, ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow team members and customers and impeccable written and spoken English.
