The Role:

To assist the Branch Management team in maximising sales and profit by ensuring consistently high standards and carrying out such duties as deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Proactively develop, maintain and exceed high levels of customer service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
- Propose ideas to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Carefully check deliveries
- Complete weekly Head Office orders
- Assist in filling shelves and displays
- Complete branch administration neatly and accurately

The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to work under pressure
- WSET intermediate preferable
