We have a truly amazing opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic person with a passion for wine to join our clients’ team based in their Michelin star restaurant in Central London.

In this role, you will be working in a team of 3 led by the Head Sommelier. As the position is naturally customer facing, you will be customer focused with good communication, attention to detail and presentation. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of wine however a keenness to learn and develop is essential.

Our ideal candidate would
– Be a waiter/waitress with some wine knowledge
– Have a stable work history within hospitality
– Have good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers
– Be keen to learn and develop, taking advice and direction on board
– Have excellent attention to detail and presentation
– Be friendly and approachable with a professional manner
– Be flexible and willing

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner. It is also closed Christmas and New Year as well as Bank Holidays. Working hours would be 4 days a week, approx 45/48 hours per week (3 days off per week).
