As Sommelier, you will support the beverage team across wine service, cellar management, guest engagement, and daily restaurant operations. You will work with an outstanding wine list while learning from an experienced and dedicated team committed to exceptional hospitality.
Working alongside Master Sommelier and Beverage Director Gareth Ferreira, this is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career within one of the world’s leading restaurants and its highly regarded wine programme.
We are looking for someone professional, disciplined, hardworking, and passionate about wine and hospitality, with a genuine desire to learn and progress.
Requirements:
  • Court of Master Sommeliers Certified, WSET Level 3, or equivalent
  • Strong interest in fine wine and restaurant service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability, discipline, and strong work ethic
  • Michelin-star experience is beneficial but not essential
