As the Senior Business Manager, you will be commercially responsible for delivering agreed budget targets through the creation, development and execution of customer strategy in line with the broader Treasury Wine Estates channel and brand strategies.

What will you do as Senior Business Manager? 

• Delivery of all commercial measures in line with budget targets and forecast as required. Including but not limited to Volume, NSR, D&R/Trade sell spend, GP/Sales Contribution, monthly forecast accuracy and cash collection.
• Creation and implementation of clear customer strategy, in line with wider TWE region, channel and brand strategies to support delivery of the overall European plans
• Creation and implementation of Joint Business Plan to deliver on the strategy
• Creation and implementation of internal budget planning
• Driving and optimising a strong, cross functional relationship matrix between TWE and Asda
• Continuous and accurate demand planning, pricing, financial forecasting and business reporting
• Creation and sharing of best practice 

To be our Senior Business Manager you will have: 

• WSET or similar wine education desired, but not essential
• Degree level education desired, but not essential
• Significant FMCG experience in Top 4 grocer, preferably in drinks industry
• Retail Link experience desired, but not essential
• Computer literacy
• Strong, demonstrable commercial acumen
• Market knowledge
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Demonstrable negotiation skills
• Ideas and solution focused with ability to positively influence, cross functionally
• Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams
• Highly organised, time manager with administrative skills
• Strong, confident communicator
• Team player who is self-motivated, disciplined and adaptable
• Full UK driving licence – desirable
