Sales Support Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Supervisor to support our busy Sales Department and manage a team of two.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Business Support, this is a varied and busy role.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in all areas of sales support work including, but not limited to:

- Manage customer online purchasing systems
- Production of monthly reports and analysis for key customers, sales incentives, stock reports, etc.
- Creation of bespoke reports and dashboards for specific customers
- Development of Quotebuilder tool in conjunction with Business Analyst, work with Sales team to put proposals together, analyse margins and suggest/produce proposal lists for customers as directed by the Sales team
- Deal with day-to-day requests from Sales team and provide back office assistance using all Liberty systems and information
- Manage Sales Support Assistants in maintenance of prospect database, recording and tracking of prospects and web enquiries and maintenance of customer database, making account changes daily
- Booking and organisation of full and team Sales meetings and trainings
- Helping the Sales team at tastings, consumer events and staff training where needed
- Manage the performance and development of Sales Support Assistants

Skills & Experience:

- Experience of people management
- Numerate and computer literate with excellent Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and self-motivated
- Flexible, responsive and efficient
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Team player
- A good level of wine knowledge is preferable (WSET Level 2 or above)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is dependent on experience with the following: 

- Personal Bonus of up to 5% of basic salary based on performance against key objectives
