We are looking for an established London based Sales Manager to join us at Nekter Wines.  Founded three and a half years ago, we import minimal intervention wines from California, South Africa and Australia.  Our goal is to expand our portfolio from the 19 producers we work with today to a total of 30 from across those countries with a particular focus on California, ultimately building towards a portfolio of around 150 wines. 

Our ethos is based on building excellent long lasting relationships with our producers, and the people we sell to (on and off-trade.) To be successful at Nekter, you will need to invest yourself wholeheartedly in developing brilliant personal relationships with both the winemakers and our clients.  Your job, ultimately, is to bring these excellent new-world new-wave wines to life here in the UK.

  Your Role:

• New Account Acquisition
• Account end-to-end Management (i.e. managing the relationships, processing orders and following up on revenue)

 

The right candidate will possess the following attributes:

• 5+ credible and proven years in London sales
• Passion for minimal intervention wine making, environmentally sound farming practices and sustainability
• Ability to forge excellent personal relationships
• Self-motivated and results driven, with the ability to work both alone and in a small team
• Commercially aware with a keen interest in new developments and the UK wine trade
• You will be joining a team of two, so an agile can-do mindset is essential
