Position Overview: Sales Associate:
Vinexus is seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, and highly organised individual to fill an exciting opportunity in a sales role within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive and professional image of Vinexus through excellent sales services and must be able to operate successfully in a fast-paced work environment, managing both customers and suppliers effectively and facilitate the successful trade of our Italian wines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class service to partners, communicating directly with suppliers and customers to maintain seamless relations.
- Facilitate growth and management of assigned accounts.
- Assist in managing orders and logistics for efficient operations.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum C1/C2 level language proficiency in Italian and a good level in English.
- Previous experience in the wine trade.
- Professional wine qualifications (e.g. WSET) are preferable.
- Comprehensive IT abilities, particularly using Excel. Ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with exceptional organisational skills.
- Reliable, positive, and pro-active, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
