What will you do for us?
This position is responsible for deploying and embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) methodology and tools to the commercial, finance and marketing teams. You will work with the teams to identify insights and create action plans to drive sales, profit or margins. You will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager on deployment progress and results and yet work closely with Senior Leaders in B-F UK organization to secure RGM deployment in various departments.
What will be your main responsibilities in this role?

Perform RGM analytics with monthly cadence

Drive RGM adoption

Support and coach individuals and teams collaborating on RGM

Report on RGM country performance

Own: RGM agenda on behalf of country leadership and be a super user of all the RGM tools and main point of contact for questions
What experience are we looking for you to have?
We are looking for you to have experience in an RGM role preferably in the wine and spirits industry.This person will understand the key elements of revenue growth management and have experience in both modern and traditional sales. You will have strong analytical skills as well as being a confident communicator and influencer.
