Fishers Gin is a premium spirit distilled in Suffolk. Our quiet celebration of English botanicals, love of sea and land and dedication to a craft spirit is something of which we’re quite proud. We are searching for a candidate to lead our national and international marketing activity to share these core values. This will include targeting new and existing opportunities to grow business in line with brand strategy, supported by strategic & tactical marketing campaigns and initiatives.

The company, in concert with you, would like to develop a brand development plan, with supporting budgets and using a host of specialists when required.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be responsible for the strategic marketing activity, using trends and market data to create a plan to meet the growth objectives of the business
• Oversee and support the delivery of a marketing strategy which incorporates clear e-commerce and social media objectives; using external agencies or contractors where additional expertise is required.
• Communicate the strategy to sales colleagues to integrate activity and ensure consistency.
• Develop and implement a strategy for growing on-line sales, including through web conversion (on and off line), database growth through implementing a CRM.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets in line with the expectations of the Board.
• Oversee all marketing activity to make sure that it is targeted appropriately and preserves brand integrity, including the production of POS material and packaging.
• Agree a set of clearly measurable marketing KPIs that contribute to the achievement of the annual budget and to meeting the board’s objectives.
• Help organise and supervise the several key Fishers Gin events throughout the year and ensure that they fit brand guidelines. 

Salary and benefits

Salary for role dependent on experience, in the region of £30-40K and options to be part of the staff share scheme.
