We have a great opportunity to join a leading fine wine agency/ distributor based in West London.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all imported and exported goods are executed in our warehouses and Navision promptly and accurately.  

You will be expected to collaboarte across other functions outside of Operations – Buying, Customer Services, Finance and Sales Teams.

The ideal candidate is thorough, has strong attention to detail and is able to communicate with others both internally and externally in order to deliver their work on time and to a high standard

Previous Experience of an ERP system would be an advantage.

Full understanding of the new importing processes due to Brexit.

Proven analytical ability, with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrable previous experience in a similar logistics environment.

The Main External Relationships will be with LCB and Octavian, WarehouseFreight forwarders for import/export and Customs clearance Brokers

 

 

This is an office based role (there may be a degree of flexibility, in time, for remote working)

Ideally you will be based in/ near to London.

Salary c.£30-35k per annum plus benefits
