Key Account Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Jascots Wine Merchants are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join their amazing team in London. 

Your role will be to work with their wonderful clients that include many of London’s best restaurants, hotels & caterers to deliver the great service the company is famous for, maintain great relationships and continue to grow sales.

If you have experience in account management, good knowledge and deep interest in wine, and a track record of achievement against targets then this could be the role for you!

Jascots is one of the fastest growing company’s in the wine industry, it delivers high quality and exclusive wines to Michelin star restaurants, iconic venues, five star hotels, gastro pubs and everything between.


Key Purpose of the Role

  • Manage existing client accounts to deliver budgeted sales volume and margin.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Construct and present commercial proposals to clients.
  • Maintain customer commercial contracts.
  • Maintain commercial terms for customers including pricing.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts for your clients.
  • Deliver budgeted sales volume and margin on target brands.

Person Specification

  • Experience of business to business account management.
  • Knowledge and interest in wine.
  • Prepared to travel for business within the UK and occasionally abroad.
  • Track record of achievement against targets.
  • Collaborative approach to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Numerate.
