In search for an enthusiastic, motivated and talented Head of Wine to join the Head Office Team at Hakkasan Group in London (UK)!
The ideal Head of Wine for Hakkasan Group has:
- Passion for hospitality and F&B – a minimum of 10 years of experience in the global wine Industry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the London market;
- Develop and drive propositions to maximise incremental sales opportunities;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects;
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Court of Master Sommelier – Advanced Sommelier Certificate;
- Level 4 Diploma in Wines;
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
