Role Summary Due to business growth, we are seeking an exceptional fine wine and spirits specialist to join our team. This is a senior retail sales role requiring excellent product knowledge and first‑class customer service skills.
Key Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in fine wine/spirits retail or as a senior sommelier
- Proven sales ability and customer engagement skills
- In‑depth knowledge of fine wine and spirits
- Strong understanding of sales and aftersales processes
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages an advantage)
- Outgoing, sales‑oriented, and customer‑focused personality
