eCommerce Executive (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

A key player in a small and fast moving eCommerce team that helps to manage online content, facilitate retailer and brand campaigns to drive sales and is responsible for ongoing data collection and reporting in the channel. The team are working on a number of exciting and innovative projects and the role is essential to ensuring these are delivered on time and to budget and meet their KPIs.

• Deliver online content strategy through Brandbank and other platforms e.g. Amazon, to ensure standardisation of our products online.
• Help with delivery of digital projects such as Christmas and Father’s day campaigns, including end to end view; from discovery through to conversion. This might include on and off retailer site campaigns and real game changing ideas in an area that is a focus for the wider business.
• Manage channel data as part of a wider data business data strategy.
• Pull together data from various sources to provide a complete channel view of performance to sales and marketing teams.

Key relationships:

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Executive interacts with:

• External stakeholders and agencies to deliver campaigns
• Commercial teams and marketing teams within PRUK
• Wider digital team, including Head of Digital and Social teams

Essential:

• Experience: Experience working in a digital or eCommerce environment
• Background: FMCG, retailer or agency experience, no drinks industry necessary

Desirable:

• Some understanding of indirect eCommerce landscape in the UK
• Experience of working with Brandbank
• Experience with Amazon platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
