The Vintner is committed to putting an end to wine confusion. We’re independent, we’re in the midst of a huge and exciting rebrand, and we’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to help elevate our new brand and share it with the world.

We are trying to radically shake up the wine industry. To help us achieve this, you will develop, execute and monitor strategic campaigns across our social channels, email marketing and upcoming eCommerce platform to help us grow brand awareness and develop customer loyalty. You will be responsible for setting the paid social activity strategy and will have hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and reporting on success. You will implement an e-mail marketing and newsletter strategy to grow our customer base and report on conversions.

As our ideal candidate, you are confident, impeccably organised, show a deep understanding of growth marketing and can clearly articulate your ideas to others. You’ve got people management experience and are comfortable growing and managing a small team. You will help grow online revenues and also educate and inspire the business around digital marketing best practices. You're happy working with multiple agencies and stakeholders across all levels throughout the business. You’ve got experience driving brand awareness and you’re good with the analytics and market research side of things. We’d also love for you to have a voice and be comfortable writing copy, too.

For this position, we’d love you to bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Management, with specific experience planning and managing campaigns
  • Good understanding of Email Marketing Campaign creation and email platforms (namely Mailjet & Klaviyo)
  • Hands-on experience running multiple social channels
  • Experience with user testing and adapting strategies based on user feedback
  • Experience of producing regular reports, analysing the data and using it to make recommendations for future activities
  • eCommerce experience
  • Ideally, experience implementing in A/B testing
  • A track record of working effectively with Creatives to deliver incredible content to a fixed schedule
  • Proven experience in executing successful digital campaigns
  • A strong technical understanding of how social and digital marketing platforms work
  • A positive, team player approach
  • Attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A hands-on, roll up the sleeves work ethic
  • A desire to encourage and get involved in great workplace culture
