Responsibilities:
Logistics:
Oversee and optimize the logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of wine internationally.
Customer Service Post Sale:
Drive excellence in customer service, ensuring post-sale satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
Buying:
Lead the buying strategy, working closely with the Senior Buyer to source high-quality wines and products that align with our brand and customer preferences.
Legal:
Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business, working closely with legal teams to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.
CRM Optimization & Efficiency:
Oversee the optimization and efficiency of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and marketing strategies.
IT:
Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives, ensuring that technology supports business goals and remains at the forefront of industry standards.
HR:
Lead the human resources function, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and driving talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Finance with GS (First Half of 2024 Only):
Collaborate closely with the Finance team, specifically during the first half of 2024, to achieve financial goals and objectives.
Reporting into the role:
- Head of Data & Tech: Collaborate on data-driven strategies and technological advancements.
- Senior Buyer: Work closely on product sourcing and inventory management.
- Senior Logistics Manager: Oversee logistics operations and distribution strategies.
- Office Manager: Coordinate administrative functions for seamless day-to-day operations.
- GDS Vins GM (General Manager of our French company): Collaborate on international operations and expansion.
- Asian Admin Team (2 Members): Provide oversight and support for the regional administrative team.
