Our members are enthusiasts, collectors and investors in fine wine, as well as wine businesses and our products help them unlock the true potential of their passion. The Collection Management and Trading Advisor is a crucial role in onboarding new members and helping existing ones discover the benefits of managing their wine collections on a sophisticated system, with direct access to the secondary fine wine market.
The role, with its emphasis on sales and customer support, will extend to engaging with members of the International wine trade, (many of whom are using Wine Hub software to manage their businesses). There is also the opportunity to absorb/expand knowledge about fine wine from our well informed membership.
Key responsibilities will include:

Following up new business opportunities and setting up calls and meetings

Identifying opportunities to engage with the existing membership and proactively engaging with them

Identifying opportunities for members to upgrade to a premium plan
-
Identifying buying and selling opportunities
-
Creating content for our blog and social media
-
Creating email content for sales offers
-
Liaising with our finance and logistics departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Problem solving where issues for members arise, turning negatives into positives

Providing feedback to the management team

Maintain a healthy working relationship with existing and new members alike.
Experience and Knowledge:
-
Educated to Level 3 WSET or equivalent
-
Fine wine market knowledge and sales experience
-
Good natural negotiation skills and enjoys the concept of trading
-
Passionate about excellent customer service
-
Ability to build rapport with customers and remain calm under pressure when dealing with high net worth individuals.

26-30k depending on experience
+ sales commission package
