Wine Lister is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Senior Account Manager to join our fine wine consulting agency.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in Wine Lister’s continued growth. You will drive the success of Wine Lister’s marketing and communication clients, devising and executing strategies to increase their brand awareness on a global scale. This will include owning several client accounts and managing key relationships across the industry.
- Position: Senior Account Manager
- Location: Victoria, London (39 days of remote work per year, including up to three days abroad, following the completion of a six-month probation period)
- Start date: January 2026
- Salary: £30-36k per annum, depending on experience
- Holiday: 24 days excluding public holidays

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior account management
- Manage all marketing, communications, and event activities for international fine wine clients
- Manage project and event budgets, track costs and performance, and provide clear reporting on ROI and deliverables
Marketing, communications & event organisation
- Implement marketing and communications strategies to increase brand presence and distribution in fine wine markets (with a focus on the UK), including annual PR plans and campaign calendars
- Create and drive press campaigns, managing relationships with key journalists and critics
- Plan and deliver masterclasses, estate visits, consumer and trade events, roadshows, and press trips for clients, from concept through to execution and post-event reporting
Relationship building
- Develop and nurture relationships with major importers, distributors, restaurants, and collectors, ensuring coordination of campaigns, events, and commercial opportunities
Lead generation & retention
- Drive client prospection and retention, identifying opportunities to secure new business and ensure renewal of existing accounts
- Present Wine Lister and its services to key players in the wine industry
SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least three years’ hands-on experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or events organisation (in-house or agency)
- Excellent organisational skills, including being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate exciting and memorable event concepts
- Experience creating high-quality visual assets and proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
- Native-level English (French or Italian is highly desirable)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Fine wine knowledge: pre-existing knowledge or keen interest in wine, particularly the fine wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and Italy (California, South America, Spain etc.)
