Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where your team plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service standards to our Brewery, Customers and Consumers? You’ll be responsible for everything from successfully managing our 3rd party fulfilment partners to proactively ensuring high levels of efficiency, quality and service standards. You’ll ensure that our fulfilment operations guarantee that our tasty beer can be drank on Earth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the partnership with key stakeholders and 3PL’s – focusing, and ensuring, an on brand experience through service delivery
- Leading on accurate forecasts for all 3rd party fulfilment partners
- Partnering with 3PL’s weekly on SLA and performance targets, looking for improvements.
- Ensuring all company policies and process are always followed
- Managing courier requirements for the business
- Collaborating with stakeholders to show transparency and visibility on all proactive communication relating to transport, schedules and deliveries – ensuring swift resolution and implement corrective solutions
- Contributing to cross collaboration projects for continuous improvements and managing concept of ideas through to implementation and post-implementation analysis
- Managing the planning and execution of timely and efficient deliveries
- Keeping a close eye on opportunities for improvements and proactively solving potential issues, driving the strategic direction.
- Partnering with wider teams to support end to end logistics operations
- Reporting on key performance metrics to inform decision making and strategy
- Managing all timely and accurate submission of transport documentations
- Import / export HMRC – all compliance regulatory standards accurately completed on time
- Accurately gather and compile sustainability data, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and reporting standards to support our commitment to a greener future
- Managing all transport and safety practices and processes, ensuring that we’re compliant
- Ensuring invoices are correct, paid and resolving discrepancies
What You’ll Bring To Us
- Strong practical experience as a Fulfilment Operations Manager with CILT qualifications
- Accuracy / Efficiency / Compliance / Performance / Productivity
- Previous examples of handling multiple tasks as a Fulfilment Operations Manager demonstrating excellent planning
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Strong experience in stakeholder relationship and project management
- Experience excelling in an ever-changing environment, prioritising effectively and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong skills in all Microsoft package
- First class communication skills with experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
