Eto is a beautiful wine decanter that offers the best in both form and function. Hidden inside the innovative design is an award-winning preservation system that allows wine to be savoured over time, without compromising on quality.
The eto story began in 2012 with the ambition to reduce wine waste and enhance drinking pleasure for wine enthusiasts around the world. Since the launch of the eto website in 2019 and with our expanding network of luxury retail partners in the UK & internationally eto is about to embark on an exciting new phase.
The role:
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and ambitious all-rounder with a passion to work in a fast-growing environment. Comfortable working on multiple work streams and collaboratively with the rest of the team.
You’ll be joining eto at an exciting time of growth and change, playing a pivotal role which will grow as the business grows.
You’ll be involved in every aspect of eto and work closely and all members of the team.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Coordinate with marketing & operation teams on executing e-commerce, brand and marketing activities.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Research & identify business collaborations & help implement them.
- Work with our Marketing Manager on our CRM system.
- Support the marketing team at events & content shoots.
- Monitor and help maintain the smooth functionality of the website.
- Own the customer service – a ‘customer first’ approach.
- Work closely with our off-site warehouse on D2C & B2B orders.
- Manage online daily orders.
- Interpretate data & execute activities driven by data analytics.
About you:
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder with a genuine can-do attitude to get involved in all parts of our fast-growing, luxury, international studio.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar environment. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms Shopify, Gorgias & Klaviyo an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a positive, friendly and helpful attitude.
- Highly adaptable and committed to the business needs, especially during peak periods.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, hard-working and friendly team player.
- Education degree level.
- A passion for wine, design, food & lifestyle.
